Accommodation.

Although it has been known for occasional visitors to not actually need any accommodation, preferring to spend the night in various all-night boozers and nightclubs, it is probably a good idea to at least have somewhere where showers and breakfast can be taken. Be warned though, if you are of similar ilk to an East European Lacrosse team, accommodation for less than 10EUR per night is not possible unless you are accustomed to drinking tap water while partying the night, and your awaited half century, away.

Ljubljana is blessed with a number of hotels ranging from 2 to 5 stars. For the average touring side, we generally put them in touch with our friends at the PARK HOTEL which offers the best accommodation for the money. The Park is a 2 star hotel located 5 minutes walk from the city centre with single and double rooms costing 56 and 73 EUR respectively. Our small country does have better hotels, some even good enough for ex-Presidents of the USA, but one that combines the levels of cleanliness, comfort, affordability and excellent location as the Park does is hard to find in any country.
